It is time to celebrate the East Swim Season!
We will be saying farewell to our Seniors and recognizing all of our amazing swimmers!
The meal will be catered by Cafe Rio – YUM!
Swimmers are Free all others are $15 payable to the East Treasurer (Kim has a list of all those that need to pay for their guests)
Below is the link to sign up for the team banquet which is now on Tuesday, March 6th as many of our swimmers have age group state meet starting on the 7th. The dinner will begin at 6:30pm and will be catered by Cafe Rio!
For those of you new to the team we will celebrating all swimmers with words from the coaches, Eastie Awards given out by the captains, recognizing accomplishments and saying farewell to our Seniors. The captains have created a team movie of the season which will be played after dinner. Swimmers are FREE all others are $15 payable to the East Treasurer.

Thank you to all who helped make this season a success. A huge thank you to all the parents and families who support our team this season with food, timing, transportation, officiating, coordinating, hosting, photographing and the list goes on…THANK YOU!!!!
We wrapped up state last evening with some great results! Attached is the finals for the 5A State Meet. The competition is the toughest in the state and we are proud of all of you who swam your hearts out and enjoyed the meet! Each team mate support and encouraged one another during the state meet – way to go swimmers!!
Nate Van Buren broke his own school record in the 100 Breast by over 2 seconds! The new East High Boys 100 Breaststroke record is 58.87 – Congratulations to Nate! He also dropped over 6 seconds in the 200 IM – AMAZING!!
Troy Rainier dropped almost 6 second in his 500 Free – WHOOP!! WHOOP!!
Oliver Zhang dropped almost 2 seconds in his 100 Back – AWESOME!!
Katya Hulse found her way to the podium in both the 100 Free placing 6th where she dropped over a half of second and in the 100 Back placing 3rd – CHEERS!!
Magy Mayer dropped over 2 seconds in her 200 Free and placed 8th! She also dropped a second in her 100 Free- YES!!
Katy Mayer received to personal bests in the her 50 Free placing 7th and 100 Free. She also swam a 24.14 in her 50 free in the Medley Relay- GREAT JOB!!
Lily Mayer swam for 5th place in the 100 Breast and remained even in her 200 IM – KUDDOS!!
The boys 200 Medley Relay of Connor Rich, Nate Van Buren Oliver Zhang and Sebastian Tries had a time of 145
The girls Relays:
200 Medley of Katya Hulse, Lily Mayer, Nele Kaufusi and Katy Mayer placed 9th with a time of 154
200 Free of Magy Mayer, Clari McCallum, Nele Kaufusi and Ashleigh Tanner placed 16th with a time of 148
400 Free of Katya Hulse, Magy Mayer, Lily Mayer and Katy Mayer placed 8th with at time of 344

Pizza Dinner after the meet at Estes Pizza

Team will ride the bus to the Pizza place and then back to East afterwards
